Over the past 2 years, we have had repeated requests for Occupational Therapy. It took us a while, but we now have TWO enthusiast, compassionalate and creative occupational therapists that are welcoming new patients.

I often get asked what is the difference between physical therapy and occupational therapy. I like to think of it as a puzzle. I believe the physical therapist provides you with the puzzle pieces like strength, balance, range of motion or pain relief while the occupational therapist helps put that puzzle together. It might be the puzzle that helps you get dressed in the morning or help you cook your favorite meal. As a Mother of two teenage girls, 1 am obsessed athlete with teenage wellness. I am putting together a workshop encompassing nutrition, menstrual cycle knowledge, injury prevention, hydration tips and strength training.
