Peeing your Pants is NOT Normal.

Bladder Dysfunction is NOT normal. That's right, you heard correctly. Bladder dysfunction, which refers to problems with bladder control like frequent urination, urgency, incontinence, or difficulty emptying the bladder, is not considered normal. It is NOT a normal part of aging.
Bladder control problems are common, especially in women. 50% of all women experience urinary incontinence. Women are more likely to develop incontinence during and after pregnancy, and post-menopause. 30% of men over the age of 65 will experience incontinence. Prostate problems occur more often with age, which increases bladder dysfunction.
We polled our patients and found out that most of you would NOT be comfortable coming to an in-person workshop on Bladder Dysfunction, because you might feel embarrassed. And as always, we LISTENED to you. You can take this webinar right from your own home and even leave your video off if you prefer to remain anonymous. You can ask questions, or just listen and learn.

Here are a few facts in case you aren't sure: Normal voiding is 6-8x/day and 01x/night. Anything less is under active, anything more is over active. The bladder is easily persuaded and trained by our habits and behaviors. The good news is that the bladder can be trained with positive, healthy habits that make for a happy bladder and happy life.
